Our manufacturing capabilities include sheet metal, heat exchanger and copper tubing fabrication as well as general assembly. We use advanced CNC and automated machinery, including a CNC sheet metal cutting laser and CNC automated tube bender, with a growing focus on automation to enhance efficiency and precision.
Our Kilgore, Texas facility, established in 2008, has seen consistent growth. To support ourexpanding operations, we are moving into a state-of-the-art facility featuring a research anddesign center, fitness center, and greenbelt parka reflection of our commitment to innovation,collaboration, and employee well-being. About the Role:
As a Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer design specificationsare met while adhering to best engineering practices and company processes. Beyond coreresponsibilities, this role offers exciting opportunities to contribute to product development,automation initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design complex control systems for desired functionality.
- Develop and utilize tools for selecting mechanical and electrical components.
- Design and validate heat exchangers for optimal pressure drop and capacity.
- Create wiring and piping schematics.
- Generate Bills of Materials and associated process documentation.
- Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot design issues.
- Support new product launches and manufacturing implementation.
Project Opportunities:
- Continuous Product Improvements (Sheet Metal, Copper Tubing, and Coil Design)
- Qualification and Integration of New Components
- System and Component performance testing
- Industrial and process automation initiatives
- New Product Development
- Regulatory Compliance (DOE, EPA, NSF)
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one of the 3D CAD drafting platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
