From pre-construction through to completion, you'll have the chance to shape landmark schemes that transform urban living.\nAbout the project:\n- RC frames, steel structures, and modular elements\n- Brickwork cladding and curtain walling\n- BREEAM certification, low-carbon materials, energy-efficient MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems\n- Building Services: Smart HVAC, renewable energy integration\n- £25mil in total value cut and carve\n- Fit out stage at present\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n- Experience as a Design Manager in the construction industry (main contractor or developer).\n- Proven track record delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes.\n- Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage consultants and stakeholders\n- Passion for high-quality design and construction.\n- Architectural / Engineering academic background\nIf you’re ready to take on a role where you can make a real impact, apply today
