Design Manager

We’re looking for a talented Design Manager/Senior Coordinator to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on an exciting new build college project. If you’re technically sharp, with strong experience in substructure and superstructure, we want to hear from you!



What You’ll Do:

Oversee and coordinate the design process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver exceptional designs.



*



Tackle technical challenges head-on, keeping the project on track and on budget.



*



Review drawings and specs, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.



What You’ll Bring:

Solid experience in design management, ideally on large-scale projects.

Expertise in substructure and superstructure design.



*



Excellent communication and collaboration skills.



*



Knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and design tools (Revit, BIM, etc.).
