Design Manager \nNottingham\nConstruction\nSalary: Competitive salary (Led by market) \n\nThe company:\n\nMy client are a Main Contractor with a turnover of circa £80 million. They are looking to bolster their Design team with an experienced individual who will hit the ground running. They are offering great development but also autonomy to choose how your working week looks.

\n\nThis is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded Main Contractor who have been delivering lasting impact for clients within both the Public and Private Sectors. The ideal candidate will be a Design Manager and will join the Building Division, supporting the team. If you are a highly motivated and experienced Design Manager looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!\n\nThe Role:\n•\tAs the Design Manager you will manage and coordinate the design process, ensuring that all designs are delivered to the highest standards, within budget and timescales.\n•\tManage and mitigate design risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all designs meet the requirements of the client and all relevant stakeholders working closely with the Project Manager and Commercial team to ensure that designs are delivered within budget and timescales.
