Design Manager – Facades & Curtain Walls

Information on the role



* Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final review, ensuring designs meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards.



* Lead, mentor, and allocate resources for the design team, ensuring collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development.



* Act as the primary design contact, managing client expectations, presenting design solutions, and facilitating cross-department collaboration.



* Ensure technical accuracy, material selection, and compliance with building codes, while maintaining high standards of quality control.



* Monitor design budgets, implement value engineering, and identify potential risks, ensuring cost-effective and risk-mitigated design solutions.



What we’d like from you



* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field



* Experienced in façade & Curtain Wall design



* Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and a deep understanding of façade systems, materials, and building codes.



* Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing design teams.



* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
