Job Title:        Field Service Technician I

Location:        Modesto CA USA 95350

Duration:       03 Months Contract to hire

Shift:               M-F 8 am-5 PM

Job Description

• Position is 90-day contract-to-hire.
• Candidates should be pre-screened to confirm that they fit the below requirements listed.
• Shift is M-F 9am to 6pm with a 1 hr lunch. Must live near zip code 95350.
• Territory will cover Stockton to Merced CA.
• Must have good admin and organizational skills.
• This is a Tech 1 position must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server and network.
• Transition rate upon full time hire to CompuCom will be $23.50 for qualified technicians
• Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
• Technician will travel to each client’s location
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
• Works under general supervision.
• Local Travel required for daily dispatch, Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle, Must pass Drug Test & Background Check.
• A+ certification required within 6 months of hire.
