Responsibilities We are looking for a visionary development engineer (m/f/d) for electronic architecture and FPGA design to join our innovative team. Shape the future of technology with us! You will design and implement highly integrated SoC architectures that are used in end products, prototypes and test benches. You will implement complex projects in close collaboration with your team of embedded software and hardware developers. You will design advanced hardware solutions for deeply embedded real-time systems using hardware/software co-design methods. You will analyse current and future technologies and coordinate them with customer requirements. Support with algorithm integration: You will work with interdisciplinary colleagues on the hardware-compatible integration and optimisation of algorithms, using VHDL and advanced methods such as direct synthesis from C/C++. Project responsibility: In the medium term, you will assume responsibility for work packages and systems in the field of electronics development. Requirements You have a Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Experimental Physics or a comparable degree programme. Ideally, you already have several years of experience in electronics and FPGA design as well as in the use of relevant development tools (preferably Xilinx on Linux platform). You are enthusiastic about complex systems and interdisciplinary tasks. Structured way of working and strong communication skills characterises you. Good written and spoken English skills are required (B2). German minimum C1 required. Your ability to work in a team and your analytical way of thinking round off your profile.
