Development Engineer Optics for Automotive Display Technologies (m/f/d) LOCATION Cluj-Napoca COMPANY ARRK Research & Development SRL CONTRACT TYPE Full-time Form of Work Hybride WHAT TO EXPECT You'll be leading display development from concept to production, managing suppliers, and ensuring milestone compliance.Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external partners throughout the process. YOUR TASKS YOUR PROFILE Coordination and steering of display development from concept phase until start of production (SOP)Clarification of the engineering scope and creation of the requirements specification documentSupplier management during quotation phase and series development phaseMonitoring and control of the requirements and corresponding implementation by the supplier (maturity levels)Reporting within the development environment and coordination withall interface partners Technical qualifications:A degree in optics, physics, electrical engineering,mechatronics, computer science or comparable qualificationExpertise in optics and display technologies is desirableExperience with the development of optical components andsystems in the automotive industryPractical experience in Microsoft Visual Basic is a plusAdditional requirements:German language skills are an advantage.A structured and proactive way of workingConfident demeanor with a high willingness to learn.Communicative and assertive WHAT TO EXPECT You'll be leading display development from concept to production, managing suppliers, and ensuring milestone compliance.Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external partners throughout the process.
