You will be amazed by the satisfaction you could gain.We are looking for effective team members with focuses on heritage conservation and public engagement, the job description is as below:Responsible for developing strategies for talent management, which build and maintain a strong relationship with our young talents;Responsible for designing activities to engage young leaders and the general public about heritage conservation and leadership in general, guided tours, training on public policies, etc.;Responsible for developing partnerships with different NPOs operating heritages, especially in the Northern Metropolis region, for collaborations and promote heritage conservation in Hong Kong;Responsible for developing young leaders to serve Hong Kong in various aspects, such as volunteering, sharing insights on government policies, etc.;Responsible for utilising the historic site for stakeholder engagement;Performing any other duties as assigned 入職要求 Entry Requirements 主修科目 Study Fields:- Recognised University graduate in social sciences, English language, government and public administration, heritage, culture, or related disciplines. 知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Solid experience related to the post, curriculum design, training, or leadership development;- Strong market and business sense for social good;- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;- Proficiency in writing and communication skills;- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills;- Be tech-savvy- Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in online learning, educational technology, and managing the learning management system, such as accounts setup, students’ usage and digital marketing tools, and the latest social media trends with a thorough understanding of major social platforms functionalities. 個人特質 Personal Attributes:- Be self-motivated with commitment;- Possess quality of excellence;- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit;- Well-organised and detail-minded;- Be able to work independently and as a team;- Be able to stand high pressure with wellness;- Caring about youth and our society 其他要求 Additional Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience;- Need to work during weekends or stay overnight at the Lodge occasionally 截止申請日期 Application Deadline 31-03-2024 備註 Remarks Candidates may be required to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) if job duties involve frequent contact with children.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified to attend a written test.If the applicant has not been interviewed within 3 months, the application will be regarded as fail and the information will be destroyed immediately.If the applicant is being interviewed but not admitted, information will be destroyed within 1 year after the completion of the recruitment process.(The information provided by the applicant will be kept confidential and will only be used for recruitment purposes.)
