DevOps Engineer - Hybrid - £110K

Our client is one of the world’s leading hedge funds. They’re growing in London and want to revolutionise trading, investment management and FinTech.

In their core Platform team, you’ll work across the design, build and automation of infrastructure platforms and surrounding ecosystem.

This central team is key to their evolution and ambitions, you’ll have real ownership of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) across AWS Cloud and various IaC and automation tools.

You’ll be involved in monitoring automation, development of the Kubernetes platform, CI/CD pipelines, creation of microservices and the drive towards more and more infrastructure as code (IaC)

You’ll be an SME for developers and have the freedom to try the latest tech and drive adoption of new tools as you see fit.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering position.

- Experience of large-scale, complex on-prem and Cloud systems

- Strong AWS knowledge and experience

- Solid grounding in software engineering

- Excellent experience of tech such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible and / or Docker etc

- Excellent communication skills
