Die Maintenance Technician – Keep Production Running Smoothly!

Location: Bremen, GA
Shifts:  It is great to have options!
1st shift:  7am -3pm
***3rd Shift:  11pm – 7am  Current Immediate Opening***

Are you a problem-solver with hands-on experience in die maintenance? I am looking for a Die Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain our stamping dies, ensuring smooth production and high-quality output. If you have experience troubleshooting dies, performing preventive maintenance, and working in a precision-driven environment, this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect & Maintain Dies: Regularly check stamping dies for wear, damage, or defects to ensure quality production.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings for precise machining.
  • Repair & Modify Dies: Use Mills, lathes, OD/ID grinders, Welders, and Machining Equipment to repair and adjust dies.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve die-related production problems to maintain efficiency.
  • Use Precision Tools: Work with calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges to maintain tolerances of +/- 0.01mm to +/- 0.05mm.
  • Record & Report Work: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any concerns to management.
  • Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to all workplace safety policies and company guidelines.
  • Expand your skills in CNC programming and Mastercam.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in die maintenance or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with die repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of stamping dies and production processes.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs and work safely around manufacturing equipment.
