The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors is seeking a talented and motivated digital and design specialist who isnt afraid to bring new ideas to the table. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Digital Engagement & Design Manager plays a central role in enhancing the Realtor experience through digital engagement, brand consistency and content across multiple platforms. This position combines responsibilities in social media management, graphic design, project management and brand oversight. Notably, the role also supports the association's for-profit wing with design needs.

The ideal candidate is an adaptable self-starter and strives to deliver business results while continuously improving the Realtor experience across our online footprint. To be successful, the candidate for this role is comfortable working collaboratively with multiple teams across the association, has strong attention to detail and doesnt mind working independently when needed.

This role will work to ensure that our digital channels are an integral part of the member engagement mix across the Commonwealth and that the objectives of the channels are delivered upon.


Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management - Engage with audiences, drive the content strategy, create campaigns, copywriting, manage community interactions and maintain consistency in voice and messaging across digital platforms.Brand Design Management Develop and uphold brand guidelines, create content that aligns with brand , conduct trend analysis to guide visual strategies and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Project Management - Manage timelines and workflows, ensure projects are completed on time, identify new opportunities based on analytics and work with external vendors for specialized projects.
  • Graphic Design - Digital and print design, adherence to brand guidelines, collaborating with various departments to fulfill design needs and managing assets for promotional materials and signage.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and comparable work experience in marketing, communications, advertising or public relations.
  • Two to five years of experience in the communications field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager and social media management software like Sprout Social.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong project management, time management and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
