Digital Testing and Support Operations (AU Retail, Office-based) Contractual

Salary: P80,000 to P100,000 (Monthly Package) Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST) Contractual Position (6 months) What are we looking for? Skills Required: Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a similar role, particularly in an eCommerce or Digital environment. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. Experience with manual and automated testing tools. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Experience working within an agile development environment, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Nice to Have: Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, specifically in large-scale eCommerce or Digital platforms. Advanced knowledge of SDLC with demonstrated experience optimizing and improving testing processes. Extensive hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing tools, including designing automation test strategies. Proven ability to develop highly detailed, scalable test plans and test cases for complex systems Extensive experience with multiple automation frameworks, including setting up and maintaining test automation environments. What will you do? Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, updates, and bug fixes across the eCommerce platform. Perform integration testing, functional testing, system testing, regression testing and application usability testing to ensure all website elements and supporting systems work as expected. Conduct thorough cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent performance. Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies. Report bugs and issues promptly, track their progress, and work closely with developers to resolve them. Maintain an automated regression test suite and improve coverage as new features and updates are added. Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results.
