OUR FUTURE COOPERATION : To strengthen its center of expertise in Research and Development, our site of Le Mans is looking for an Engineer in micro-electronic design/verification. As part of the local microcontroller team, more specifically in the verification team, you will contribute to the functional verification of the next generation of microcontrollers for the automotive industry, while bringing your expertise in its design. You will work closely with all development teams (Architecture, design, validation, etc.) and you will be in charge of the following missions: Contribute to the Verification plan, development and implementation of the Verilog/System_verilog and UVM based testbench. Develop, perform verification tests and then report and analyze results from a functional and coverage point of view. Provide detailed analysis of identified issues in product design and implementation. Specific knowledge about the design flow and corresponding steps of IP, blocks, or subsystems development would be a plus and reviewed with great interest. YOUR PROFIL : Electronic Engineer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in microelectronics design: Your technical knowledge of microelectronics is your major asset for success in this role: SoC (System On Chip) architectures based on multi-core processors. AMBA, ACE, AXI3/4/5 bus protocols Communication protocols of type: CAN-FD/XL, LIN, I2C, SPI, FLEXRAY, ETHERNET, PCIe or LPDDRx. Digital integrated circuit design methodology and flow VHDL/Verilog/System Verilog. C- Language UVM, Class based verification methodologies Open-minded, independent, dynamic and strong in proposals, you enjoy teamwork. Your knowledge of English and your communication skills will allow you to interact with our development teams (architecture, design, implementation, validation, etc.), customers and suppliers from all over the world. YOUR WORKPLACE : STMicroelectronics Le Mans is 55 minutes from Paris and 1h15 from Nantes by TGV. Located in the NOVAXIS technology park, 5 minutes' walk from the railway station and 15 minutes' walk from the town centre.
