Our client, one of the largest catalog companies in their sector, is seeking a

Director of Brand & Performance Marketing

to lead their marketing efforts across multiple categories. With over 40 years of industry leadership and a team of 500 employees, this company is a powerhouse in direct-to-consumer (DTC) retail and eCommerce.


About the Role

This is a

high-impact leadership role

reporting to the

Head of Digital eCommerce Marketing . You will be responsible for developing and executing

brand-building strategies, shopper marketing initiatives, and go-to-market plans

across all retail channels, including eCommerce.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee a

$15M marketing budget , ensuring optimal allocation across brand & performance marketing.


Develop and implement

brand-building strategies

to strengthen consumer awareness and engagement.


Lead

shopper marketing, paid media, and consumer insights

to drive growth.


Create

go-to-market strategies

for multiple categories, ensuring a seamless consumer journey.


Leverage

data-driven marketing approaches , including analytics, BI intelligence, and media performance optimization.


Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing strategy with overall business goals.


Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices across digital marketing platforms.


Who You Are



10+ years

of progressive experience in

B2C marketing , with expertise in both performance & brand marketing. ️ Strong background in

digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices . ️ Proven ability to drive

customer acquisition, retention, and engagement

through data-driven marketing. ️ Solid experience in

media strategy, business intelligence, and analytics

to improve performance. ️ Experience leading marketing teams in a

multi-channel retail or eCommerce environment .
