Additionally, by leveraging market intelligence and global experience derived from solid partnerships with first-tier brand name companies. We are now looking for a Business Development Director (based in Milpitas/Irvine Office) with a proven track record.

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversees business development activities such as directs, establishes, maintains, and plans the overall goal

· Provide analysis to top management of evaluating new business opportunities

· Identifies potential new business partners and negotiates agreements

· Maintain relationships with existing clients and facilitate new initiative and partnerships

· Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet business objectives and customers’ satisfaction

· Provide strategic decision inputs that will help for a smooth business between all the parties

· Pay attention to detail when dealing with multiple responsibilities and projects

· Able to work with core team cross-functional members involved in engaging and supporting the customer to win the projects and capture the revenue

Job Requirements:

• 10-15 years of business development manager experience in IT Industry, best if with previous experience in Telecom/MSO/Data Center/Cloud Service/System Provider
• At least 5 years of sales management experience
• At least 3 years of Business Development Director experience
• Must familiar with Server, Switch, Broadband CPE, Router, Wi-Fi, 5G, IP-CAM, etc. technologies and solutions
• Proven track records to develop new business

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great presentation skills utilizing Power Point, Excel, and Word.

· Quick learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Self-motivated and driven to succeed with minimal supervision

· Strong work ethic, team-player mentality and ability to multitask

· Some International and Domestic travel required

· Preferred education in Computer Science, EE, or Business

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
