Work location is subject to change based on business needs.About this Role:This Director of Business Development Position is responsible for leading efforts to sign new partners to various partnership credit card programs. Accountabilities including building relationships, negotiating with senior level managers, and demonstrating proficient knowledge of the Agent Bank and Cobrand payments industries as well as FNBO's products and services. This role will be required to develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business.Work independently to initiate contact and ultimately sign new credit card partnersFrequent travel to meet with business prospectsCreate and deliver complex sales presentationsLead efforts to complete RFP'sMaintain consistent pipeline of qualified prospective partnershipsAssist in establishing strategy for the Business Development team in the Consumer Banking GroupCompletion of four-year (4) Bachelor’s degree program and acquisition of subsequent degree requiredMinimum of eight (8) years of sales or business development experience requiredProven history of goal attainmentAbility to cold call for sales leadsStrong negotiating skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills requiredAbility to remain motivated through long sales cyclesSales management experience is desirableCompensation:Compensation range (base pay): $96,$154,IMPORTANT - This range is for the primary posting location of: Work at Home - NebraskaFinal compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.Benefits Overview: We offer a variety of benefits designed to keep you and your family physically and financially healthy.
