We are looking for someone to start, grow, and lead a Civils team out of an existing Cardiff office – supported by other regional multi-discipline teams.


This person should have solid career experience to date within the Civil Engineering sector. They promote a relaxed office environment contrasted with their sharp professionalism in order to deliver the best client solutions.

Your role:


Your role would be to develop the Engineering team, recruit employees, and help to win work – you would need a solid background in Civil Infrastructure. We aim to grow to around 10 people in the Cardiff office in the first few years.


In return:


Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
