One of a global leading corporation which is producing industrial and automotive components is now seeking a experienced EPS professional to join their team in HK..ResponsibilitiesBased on the steering system field experience to design and set up guidelines for the applicationDesign products to fulfill customers’ requirementReview new concept designs, validation and establishing guidelinesReview drawings and APQP documents (i.e. DFMEA, PPAP of components, SER, benchmark etc.)Manager several teams of engineers and develop their skill and knowledge on engineering system and enhancing their technological level.Work closely with BD and other teams to expand the global market shares.RequirementsDegree Holder or above in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplinesAt least 8 years working experience in Steering SystemsEPS on motor and controller experience is highly preferredExperience in plastic injection, metal, machining process, ESI and able to help with costing would be an advantageFamiliar with Automotive validations is a plusStrong leadership skillGood communication skills in English and MandarinLESS experience will be considered as Senior Manager / Manager
