Director of Engineering

Job Title: Director of EngineeringDuties:  Lead engineering efforts for assigned client projects. Work with account management and delivery to ensure account success. Assist presales solution engineering when required. Produce, publish and promote engineering best practices. Support recruitment and staffing. Coach and develop talent for the company. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure strategic investment alignment with business strategy and drive operating results. Understand and support product and architectural roadmaps, provide financial estimates and impacts. Understand the client’s requirements and execute a project with multiple squads to deliver the project successfully. Report to senior leadership the plan vs. performance for all the projects within the assigned portfolio. Develop the framework and blueprints in the area of frontend applications, microservices, cloud based integration and analytics. Mentor the next set of company leadership to scale the engineering operations.  Present complex ideas to large groups and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Requirement: Applicants must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields, plus two years of experience in a related occupation. Travel/relocation required as job will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
