A rapidly growing Livestock product manufacturing and innovations company is looking for a qualified Director of Engineering (Plastics/Chemistry) to join their motivated team located in Cody, WY who is committed to providing reasonably priced products with real value that offer solutions driven by customer needs.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for driving the organization forward, fostering a positive work environment, and overseeing all aspects of the organization.
• Supervise the maintenance of all domestic and international registrations.
• Provide technical support for insecticide products in global markets.
• Oversee quality control across formulation, manufacturing, and packaging processes.
• Manage budgets effectively.
Lead:
• Research, development and registration of regulated/chemical related products for US and international markets.
• Product development efforts for all fly control & chemically impregnated products.
• Ingredient procurement and contract negotiations.

Manage:
• GMP production of insecticide tag premixes and transportation to Cody production plant for molding and finish packaging.
• All non-tag insecticide products, including their production and warehousing.

Qualifications
• PHD, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or bachelor's degree in engineering, required.
• 5-10+ years Engineering experience in a leadership position. Required.
• 3+ years’ experience in chemistry/plastics formulation or Animal Health Product manufacturing. Required.
• 1-3+ years’ experience with Environmental Law compliance. .
• 1-3+ years’ experience in Project Management or Protocol Development. .
• Willing to travel, including international, up to 20%.
• 3-4 times per year for 3-5 days per trip.
