Location: Onsite at our Oklahoma City, OK facility

General Duties:

Key partner to both the CFO and President of Operations. Responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, implementation, and business strategic analysis of the operation. Conduct financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations. Present monthly financial results to the management team, develop insightful recommendations for investment, sourcing, cost control, and lead strategic business decisions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Partner with the President of Operations to drive strategic business decisions

• Manage a team of financial analysts who support ongoing programs

• Maintain the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-term strategic plan

• Manage the delivery of the monthly reporting packages and analysis for both internal and external stakeholders

• Oversee the rolling 13-week cash forecast

• Act as a point of contact with external auditors and tax preparers

• Assist with external banking relationship

• Maintain overall company risk register

• Ensure that internal financial audit activities are completed, reviewed, and reported; and are in accordance with U.S. GAAP and all applicable financial regulations associated with government contracting including CAS and FAR

• Oversee compliance with DCMA and DCAA

• Works with other finance associates in the organization, to ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of the financial information supporting the externally reported results

• Ensure financial compliance with all regulatory authorities and meets all deadlines for financial reporting

• Assist in other accounting & finance related areas, which may include performance of certain due diligence procedures


Skills and Experiences:

• Familiarity with the aviation business.

• Advanced Excel skills, ability to create complex financial models

• Advanced ERP skills (JDEdwards )

• Previous experience within an organization subject to DCMA oversight and DCAA review is

• Minimum 5 years management experience

Education:

• Minimum BA in Finance or Accounting

• MBA/CPA but not required
