Then this is the right opportunity for you - apply now to become part of our team in Villach!In your new role you will:Lead a team of project managers, be responsible for supporting functions as well as manage direct reports, including recruiting, performance evaluation, coaching, training and developmentCollaborate / communicate with business functions to transform product roadmaps into a series of actionable and measurable projects to achieve the business objectivesActively manage the resource pipeline for project managers and supporting functionsEnsure project schedule planning and its compliance to internal guidelinesDrive continuous improvement and quality of project management processes and methodsEstablish proper support of projects regarding requirement management and change managementAct as project manager for methodology projectsEnsure that processes and quality guidelines are followedYou are best equipped for this task if you have:A university degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or similar backgroundAt least 5+ years of experience in project management in the semiconductor industryKnowledge about automotive sensor applications and magnetic sensors is an advantageProject management certification as a plus ( IPMA D/C)Experience in ISO26262 compliant development of automotive products is a big plusAdvanced MS Office and MS Project skillsExcellent English skills, German as a plus We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
