Fluent in Arabic and English A bachelors degree in a relevant field, masters degree highly preferred Experience delivering strategic healthcare policy projects for an international consulting firm, specifically for public sector clients A solid understanding of healthcare system operations in the Middle East Exposure to project finance planning and budgeting at a departmental level Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate with senior leadership to ensure agreement across organisations with conflicting priorities and timeframes
