Role Purpose

As the Health Longevity Director focused on personalized preventive medicine. This role entails developingand overseeing individualized wellbeing programs, designed to cater to the unique genetic, environmental, and lifestyle aspects of individuals in our region. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preventive medicine, a comprehensive understanding of human longevity concept, and a dedication to delivering personalized preventive health and wellbeing program.

Key Activities

Program Leadership and Strategy

  • Design and implement personalized wellbeing programs based on individual health profiles, incorporating genetic, biometric, and lifestyle data.
  • Lead and oversee a team of health professionals, including genetic counselors, nutritionists, and exercise physiologists, to provide comprehensive preventive care.
  • Collaborate with medical and research teams to stay updated on the latest advancements in personalized medicine and longevity research.

Personalized Wellbeing Plan Development

  • Deep understanding of aging and human longevity to create comprehensive personalized wellbeing plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, nutritionists, geneticists, and exercise physiologists.
  • Regularly assess program participants' progress and adjust their wellness plans as needed.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of personalized wellbeing plan programs, ensuring they align with established guidelines and best practices.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, community partners, and support staff to ensure the smooth execution of the program.
  • Engage with medical professionals, regulatory bodies, and industry experts to stay updated on emerging trends and practices.

Data Analysis and Program Evaluation

  • Analyze individual and population health data to refine and enhance program effectiveness.
  • Utilize data insights to evaluate the impact of interventions and make data-driven decisions for enhancing program outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest medical research and emerging trends in preventive healthcare to integrate evidence-based practices into program strategies.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Manage program budgets and resources efficiently to maximize program impact.
  • Ensure effective use of funds and resources in line with program goals.

Relationship and Stakeholder Management

  • Develop educational materials on personalized preventive health strategies and Conduct workshops or seminars focused on personalized preventive health and wellbeing.
  • Actively participate in sector and cross-sector meetings and initiate meeting structures for effective interaction with stakeholders related to assignments.
  • Manage stakeholders’ feedback on issues, challenges, and unmet requirements and develop action plans.
  • Act as a role model for the sector in interaction with other sectors and departments

People Management

  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance, support, and resources to enable their professional growth and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to drive program success.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address training needs to enhance expertise and ensure optimal team performance.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a healthcare professional, with a background as a medical doctor, is required to effectively understand and address the healthcare needs of the NEOM community.
  • Experience in designing and implementing personalized preventive health and human longevity strategies and programs.
  • Strong understanding of insurance systems with an emphasis on supporting personalized healthcare initiatives.

Education and Certifications

  • A medical diploma (MD) or MBBS is required.
  • A Master’s degree in public health, Population Health, Hospital Administration, or Business Administration, or similar is required.
  • Certificate in Project Management is preferable.
  • Certificate in Human longevity (or similar)is preferable.
