What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Mentor – Manage a team of engineers, architects, and security professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Drive Technology Strategy – Develop and execute enterprise IT roadmaps, aligning tech solutions with business goals.
- Oversee Security & Compliance – Implement security frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR), conduct risk assessments, and enhance cybersecurity protocols.
- Optimize Systems & Infrastructure – Ensure scalability, reliability, and seamless integration across platforms.
- Manage Projects & Vendors – Lead IT initiatives, vendor negotiations, and contract management to drive operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership, with 5+ years managing teams.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in security frameworks, SIEM, EDR, penetration testing, and cloud security architecture.
- Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to develop IT roadmaps, lead teams, and align technology with business goals.
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree ; Microsoft Azure, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA certifications highly desirable.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, and industry security regulations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, crisis management, and decision-making skills.
