Director- Major Infrastructure Delivery\n£950 per day\nInside IR35\n1 year\nHome Counties\nHybrid\n \nInterviews are set to take place ASAP\n \nReporting to the Executive Director for Place, this role is responsible for establishing and implementing resource and strategic plans across a broad range of technical functions.\n\nAbout the Director- Major Infrastructure Delivery:\n\nDrive transformational change within the area of responsibility by leveraging innovation and creativity to enhance services and adapt to the evolving needs of end users\nOversee the planning, design, and implementation of major infrastructure and large highways improvement projects to enhance quality placemaking for the benefit of and businesses.\nCultivate strategic partnerships within and beyond the organisation to drive sustainable service improvements, strengthen capacity, and enhance resources and resilience.\nEnsuring legislative compliance while driving the efficient and effective delivery of the Council’s ambitions to benefit . \nYour previous experience as a Director- Major Infrastructure Delivery:\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, complemented by significant management experience in a complex business environment.\nMembership in a recognised professional body and/or evidence of ongoing professional development (CPD).\nExtensive experience and expertise in relevant industry concepts, principles, and best practices.\nStrong understanding of the interconnections between various Place-based services with a Local Authority\nAwareness of the challenges affecting local government and the broader economy, along with their impact on relevant service areas. \nIf you are interested in in this Director- Major Infrastructure Delivery, please send you full CV to Josie.\n\n(We offer a senior referral scheme upon successful placement of your recommendation so please do get in contact)\n\nBaltimore Consulting Group is an Executive & Senior Appointments Specialist.
