Our client, a prominent manufacturing leader in Shanghai, seeks an experienced Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead their advanced facility. This position is central to upholding operational efficiency, ensuring growth, and maintaining stringent quality and safety standards. Core Responsibilities: Act as the main contact for local government agencies and regulatory entities. Establish and uphold a workplace culture that prioritizes safety and compliance. Oversee financial and budgetary performance, including investment strategies. Develop and support a strong management team to drive organizational goals. Optimize operational output and efficiency, ensuring timely production. Manage supply chain functions, including inventory control and customs procedures. Cultivate robust customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements Certification in safety production management from Shanghai Emergency Management Bureau. Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. Proven leadership experience in manufacturing operations or a similar setting. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, quality control, and safety. Established track record in managing operational KPIs, budget planning, and cost control. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills focused on ethical conduct and teamwork.
