Plan, monitor, and manage the daily activities and operations of the revenue-generating teams in Cebu and all P&L-impacting activities.
Oversee the teams and push productivity and performance to meet client targets
Provide guidance and direction to managers and team leaders of the different Cebu departments to improve work efficiency.
Regularly Evaluate the efficiency of general SOPs/standard operating procedures and propose and execute process improvements when necessary.
Oversee internal/external departmental and team processes and organize them to maintain work efficiency and productivity
Work closely with the US department managers/leaders and Cebu managers and lead improvements, and initiatives with the goal to improve the performance of Revenue generating teams (Recruitment, Sourcing, Billables).
Work with the VP to review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
Make decisions for operational activities and set strategic initiatives to align with our business goals
Evaluate the overall performance of departments by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data/metrics
Ensure that the current processes and practices run with legality and conformity to PH regulations
Directly report to the VP of Operations; Function as the chief managing partner being on the front lines enabling to see all details that promote employee motivation as well as details that hinder office and/or remote productivity. The Director of Operations will also be the "person next in line" for "approvals and decision-making" if the VP is not available.
He/She will function as the bridge between senior leadership and all Cebu departments and will work with various Cebu department leaders to ensure departments are operating as efficiently as possible.
The Director of Operations will also direct the coordination across different departments and be able to identify areas needing improvement. as well as fixing issues and gaps in a timely manner.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as Director of Operations, Site Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent position
Extensive experience and knowledge of business operations including sourcing, recruitment, BPO operations and management, client relations, and financial budgets
Excellent organizational and effective leadership abilities
Outstanding communication and people/interpersonal skills
Good business acumen, proactive, and excellent process improvement, and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of diverse departmental functions (e.g. Recruitment, Billables/BPO, Admin, accounting, HR customer service etc.)
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA (master's in business administration) will be a plus
Willing to work onsite and work in the US PST schedule
