Role Description

This is a career role for a Director of Pre-Construction and Business Development. The successful candidate will
be responsible for implementing and oversight of all pre-construction and marketing activities including
business development, strategic planning, conceptual estimating, project estimating, design-management,
client interface, and sales. The role will be based in Kennedale, TX. Occasional travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction and design-build project delivery
• Project pursuit planning
• Marketing and sales management
• Ability to devise, develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related field desired
• Experience in the construction industry – Design-Build project delivery is a plus
