About the Role

The Commercial Natural Gas Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting, closing, and managing commercial and industrial accounts for natural gas procurement. This is a pure hunter role—you must generate your own pipeline and close deals independently. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team and move into leadership as we grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Find, pitch, and close deals—identify businesses needing natural gas supply solutions.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to build a pipeline and close high-value contracts.
  • Cold call, email, and meet decision-makers to drive sales.
  • Negotiate contracts and overcome objections effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients while the company manages backend processes.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and advise clients on energy procurement strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience (energy, logistics, SaaS, financial services, or commodities ).
  • Proven hunter mentality—must be comfortable cold calling and closing deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-only environment with high upside potential.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to succeed.
  • Interest in leadership and building a team.
