Description DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvides advice and recommendations to senior management on key investment and financial decisions. Conducts comprehensive business case analysis on the strategic initiatives of the company, as necessary Manages Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects and provides lead support to strategic JV initiatives, to include managing the various due diligence teams.Creates and maintains a financial model that captures and reflects the Company’s medium to long term plans for use in various activities ranging from strategic game-play analysis to ratings agency/creditor discussions, and capital structure and dividend policy updates.Manages the financial modeling of the balance sheet, consolidation of financial statements, and running of sensitivity analysis during the annual budget exercise and the succeeding quarterly reforecasts.Provides a comprehensive competitive analysis of the quarterly financial and operating performance of Globe vis-à-vis the other wireless and wireline players.Oversees review and analysis of business cases and capex proposals for SLT and BOD approval. Assists operating units in the preparation of business cases and evaluation of lease/make/buy options, and the presentation of the same to senior managementProvides advice and recommendations to project proponents and management in order to enhance project viability and improve corporate returns.
