It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.The start of the internship will be in early Oct 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.Internship DescriptionSustainability focusing in biodiversity.We are looking for an entrepreneurial student with a degree in biology to collaborate with us to collaborate in the implementation of the biodiversity strategy.The student will be integrated into a multifunctional and multinational team to help integrate biodiversity within the environmental management system.Among others its activities will be:Carry out an inventory of the flora and fauna of the Airbus centers in Spain.Propose initiatives in our centers that help protect and increase biodiversity.Carry out feasibility studies of nature-based solutions.Prepare training material to instruct our staff in basic knowledge of biodiversity.Dissemination of the Sustainable Development Goals of nations.Contribute to internal sustainability networks.Periodic summary of biodiversity information relevant to the aeronautical sector.Knowledge of life cycle analysis will be valued.Participation in real projects assessing environmental impacts.Required skillsDegree in Biology.Advanced level of English (C1 level).Good communication skills, learning orientation and proactive attitude!Why should you apply?Foster your professional development with a strong academic background and an in-depth collaboration in AIRBUS projects.Expand your network within the aeronautical industry.Meet our people working with passion and determination to make the world a more connected, safer and smarter place.Be part of our diversity and teamwork culture that propel us to accomplish the extraordinary - on the ground, in the sky and in space.Are you interested?
