Position: HVAC Customer Service Rep

Location: Macon, GA

Responsibilities:

  1. Dispatch Services: Efficiently schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls, ensuring timely response and resolution for customers.

  2. Coordination: Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and optimal service delivery.

  3. Prioritization: Assess and prioritize service requests based on urgency, customer needs, and technician availability.

  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing updates on service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician activities, and customer interactions in our dispatching system.

  6. Problem Resolution: Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during service calls.

  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline communication and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Need to be available M-F 8-5 or 9-6 Occasional Saturdays in the Summer Months.
