Division Contracts Manager
Location: Milwaukie, OR, USA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4x10 schedule, with occasional Friday shifts as needed.
Compensation: $150k–$160k per year + bonus. Relocation assistance is available.

Position Summary
The Division Contracts Manager leads contract management for a large division or site, managing strategic contracts, complex negotiations, and risk analysis. This role provides direct leadership over customer accounts, order entry, and trade compliance functions. The manager works closely with Division leadership and external stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.
Reports to: Division General Manager or Site Business Unit Manager.
Supervises: A large team or multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee military and commercial contracts for all divisional programs.
- Lead complex negotiations, including multi-divisional contracts.
- Advise Division leadership on contract liabilities and risk management.
- Administer the preventive maintenance system and develop reporting structures.
- Provide leadership for customer accounts, order entry, and trade compliance.
- Establish and maintain a consistent process for contractual flow-down requirements.
- Ensure division compliance with export policies and investigate compliance issues.
- Lead training and mentorship initiatives for contracts and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain relationships with domestic and foreign customers, government agencies, and internal teams.
Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (advanced degree ).
- Advanced Contract Management certification (e.g., NCMA, IACCM) or equivalent required unless holding a JD or MBA.

Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in U.S. Government contracting vehicles (FAR, DFAR) and export compliance regulations.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of contract management processes and all contract types.
- Proficiency in negotiation and risk management principles.
- Advanced knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for contracts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management tools.
