Divisional Commercial Manager (Cut & Carve Refurbishment)

We are currently partnering with a Main Contractor in London, which tends to focus on tricky refurbishment projects. Manipulating existing buildings to make them bigger, better, more efficient etc.



I am searching Commercial candidate who will be capable of overseeing circa £40m worth of work. This can be split up in many ways such as just one large £40m contract, 2x £20m projects, 2x £15m + 1x £10m etc. so anyone that has previous experience of managing multiple projects concurrently will be however this experience is not 100% essential, but 2 Stage Contract Experience is necessary!!



The role is going to see you involved from early stages, leading the tender stage (whether this is a competitive 2-stage or negotiated contract), managing the pre-construction process through PCSA period through to securing the contract and so forth
