Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Document Controller with expertise in the nuclear industry to join our team in Romania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining project documentation in compliance with nuclear regulatory standards. This role requires a highly organized individual with a strong understanding of document management systems, quality control, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage all project-related documents in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Ensure proper documentation control processes are followed, including document versioning, distribution, and archiving.

Support engineering, construction, and project teams with accurate and timely document management.

Implement and maintain document control procedures specific to the nuclear industry.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure document compliance with industry standards.

Conduct regular audits and quality checks on documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Train team members on document control policies and procedures.

Manage electronic document management systems (EDMS) and ensure data security.

Collaborate with regulatory bodies and ensure documentation aligns with nuclear safety and compliance requirements.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Document Controller in the nuclear industry or a highly regulated environment.

Familiarity with nuclear industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., IAEA, CNCAN, ISO standards).

Proficiency in electronic document management systems (EDMS) and MS Office Suite.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Romanian is an advantage.
