Candidate required: Document Controller/ Construction administrator (1 day per week)\n * Start date: ASAP\n * Industry: Construction Professionals South\n * Location: Reading\n * Salary & package: Dependant on experience\n * Job Type: 1 DAY PER WEEK / 9 HOURS PER WEEK\nThe role & about the client:\nOn behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are recruiting for a Document Controller or administrator to join a reputable regional construction company based in Reading. The right candidate must have BREEAM experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Controlling company and project documentation\n * Following and improving document control procedures\n * Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards\n * Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals\n * Producing document progress reports for senior managers\n * Conducting regular reviews and document audits\n * Using computers to organise and distribute documents within a company\n * Helping in the planning stages of a specific project\n * Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion\n * Working in an office.\nThe ideal candidate must have/be:\n * BREEAM Experience\n * Strong negotiation skills;\n * Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relate complex information in a simple way to a diverse range of people;\n * Strong numeracy and financial management skills;\n * Commercial awareness;\n * A clear understanding of HSE building regulations and all relevant legal requirements;\n * Software knowledge in Outlook, Excel and Word.\nHow to apply:\nPlease send an up-to-date CV in strict confidence.\nThe ITS Group is committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
