Our client's Transformation division is seeking a skilled Document Manager to lead our clients' endeavors to new heights. Why our client? Projects  – As a document manager, you’ll be an integral part of challenging and diverse projects, working on our clients’ long-term construction, large-scale plant, and infrastructure initiatives. Document Management  – Your mission is to design, plan, and implement a tailored document management system and associated processes for groundbreaking large-scale projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring successful project implementation. Support  – Collaborating closely with various teams and stakeholders, you’ll leverage your organizational skills to efficiently execute major construction and infrastructure projects in alignment with project goals. Variety of Tasks  – Your responsibilities will include optimizing and standardizing document processes, implementing tools and templates for large-scale projects, creating reports, defining system requirements, training employees, participating in project meetings, and supporting project management. What You Bring to the Table A degree in engineering with a focus on civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional experience in document management, ideally within the context of construction projects, construction project management, or large infrastructure projects. Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws (e.g., AHO, VOB, and HOAI), subject-specific software, and database usage. Problem-solving skills and an innovative, team-oriented work approach. Proficiency in both German and English. Additional Considerations When applying, please be aware that this role involves an average of approximately 3 days of travel per week, and we’ll need information about your availability.
