Domestic Energy Assessor

Our client based in County Durham are looking for experienced Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out EPC's on domestic properties throughout Lincolnshire.


Job description:


* To assess the energy efficiency of residential properties.


* Survey the number and sizes of rooms, floors, corridors, windows, doors and fireplaces within customers homes.


* Prepare reports and make recommendations for cost effective ways to improve energy performance.


* To produce a final Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) using computer software.


* Explain the information collected and EPC to home-owners.


Person specification:


* Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment.


* Must have a full UK driving license.


* Experience of carrying out EPC's is essential for this role.


* Must be qualified and able to undertake EPC's with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK etc).


* Good attention to detail.


* Strong communication skills.


* Flexible, positive approach to work
