Key Responsibilities



Provide support and guidance to learners, helping them progress through their training journey.

Offer front-line technical support primarily through online assessment feedback, telephone, and email communication.

Use an online portfolio system to efficiently manage and track candidates' progress.

Work closely with the training team to ensure the delivery of top-quality training.The ideal Domestic Energy Technical Advisor will:
