Door Hardware Installer/Field Technician

Job DescriptionJob Description

• Job includes installation of doors, frames, and door hardware. Repair/replacement of damaged non-functional hardware. Locksmith work.  Will train as necessary
• Must be comfortable using hand and Power tools, able to work with small parts and be mechanically inclined.
• Typical shift is 8 hours. Overtime, weekend and second shift may be required.
• Reliable transportation required, may be dispatched to jobsites all over MA, RI and CT.
• Clean and maintain job sites during and post-installation to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
• Serve as a reputable representative of the company, effectively communicating with customers on-site.
• Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards, minimizing product damage and providing efficient installation services.
• Adhere to company safety protocols, including maintaining a tidy work area, using required safety equipment, and promptly reporting safety concerns to the Installation Supervisor.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives including warehouse work, order fulfillment, receiving and prepping projects working with door surveys.
