Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.JR57429 DRAM R&D Product Engineering ManagerAs a DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) Product Engineering Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will develop strategies and lead efforts to improve DRAM yield, quality and throughput performance through electrical failure analysis (EFA) and data analysis, using your and your team's knowledge of DRAM circuits, operations and electrical testing methodology. You will furthermore be partnering teams from Research and Development, Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Marketing, and Quality Assurance departments to drive the development of business processes and cross-functional solutions that maximize efficiency, productivity and cost reduction that provide overall benefit to Micron. You will be expected to share the progress, achievements and challenges encountered in the process of developing these solutions with the executive management from time to time.Responsibilities and Tasks:Lead a team to:Ensure product meets/exceeds all yield, quality, timeline commitmentsDebug, identify root causes, and develop solutions for failures through electrical failure analysis (EFA) and data analysisDevelop, analyze, and optimize test flows in partnership with Test and ProbeProtect customer experience by partnering with QA to address customer returnsMonitor yields and verify that yields meet projectionsEnsure that Silicon Meets Product ExpectationsPrioritize and identify opportunities for efficiency and technical improvementsTechnical Skillsets:Familiarity with DRAM operations and applications such as SSD and DIMMsKnowledge of logic gates and transistor operationsKnowledge of semiconductor processProgramming abilityPersonality: Self-motivated, proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and driveLeadership skillsA collaborative one-team mindset, skillful in conflict resolutionAdaptable and open to different perspectivesStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsQuick technical learner and passion to innovateWilling to speak outQualification:Minimum Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics or related disciplinesMinimum 3 years' experience in leading a team of at least 5 peopleWork experience from a related industryEnvironment: OfficeFlexible working arrangements
