We are engaged in developing groundbreaking silicon-to-systems solutions – right from technology development and advanced memory designs to product development, systems design and validation resulting in world class memory solutions. In this position, you will collaborate with Micron’s various design and verification teams all over the world and support the efforts of groups such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly and Marketing to proactively design products that optimize all manufacturing functions and assure the best cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Provide verification support to the DRAM Design Engineering teams by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full-chip and block-level designs.Depending on the expertise, the below set of responsibilities can be interpreted for analog sim (primesim/finesim) or Verilog (Xcelium/VCS) based verification.Develop stimulus/test bench to increase the functional coverage and verification environments for advanced DRAM memory products,Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using simulation tools and run regressions for coverage analysis and improvements.Co-work with international colleagues on developing new verification flows to take on the challenges in DRAM design.Participate in developing verification methodology and verification environments for advanced DRAM products.Develop and maintain test vectors and test benches using simulation tools and run regressions for coverage analysis and improvements.Your Experience and Qualifications:CommonFamiliarity with DRAM operationFamiliarity with JEDEC specificationsSchematic analysisAnalog simulationDRAM critical timing, data path analysisSimulation based reliability analysis (BTI, HC)Familiarity with PythonVerilog simulationFamiliarity with UVMTiming check and analysis, Setup/Hold etc.What Sets You Apart:Bachelor degree or relevant experienceGood verbal and written communication skills with the ability to efficiently synthesize and convey sophisticated technical concepts to other partners and leadershipProven track record of innovation and problem-solving in high-performance memory developmentA self-motivated, hard-working team player who enjoys working with diverse abilities and backgroundsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills
