A leading MEP consulting firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead large-scale healthcare projects. This role combines technical leadership, client engagement, and project management, offering a clear path for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead electrical design for major healthcare projects.

Manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring technical excellence.

Serve as a trusted client consultant, building long-term relationships.

Participate in onsite Big Room sessions to maintain project momentum.

Work hybrid in Sacramento, CA, with weekly site visits and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

10+ years in electrical engineering, specializing in healthcare.

PE License required.

OSHPD experience and deep knowledge of healthcare systems.

Proven ability to lead complex projects and engage clients.

Experience with LEAN principles & Integrated Project Delivery is a plus.
