Dual Ticket - Electrician/Millwright

Are you a Dual Ticketed 426a/433a Millwright license & 442A Industrial Electrician with incredible troubleshooting abilities? This opportunity will involve you working on a small team with a high level of communication to ensure that the jobs get done in a time effective manner. You'll be working with a manager who is open and direct with communication and wants the best for the company and for his team members. Location: Brantford Shift: Days Monday to Friday Overtime available Must be dual ticketed in Millwright and Electrical Payrate: $44+ Advantages - Permanent work on a Day shift located in a great area in Brantford - Rate of pay $44+/h - Great, leading benefit package - 3 weeks vacation to start - Overtime available Responsibilities - Complete projects with minimal guidance showing proactive attitude to design and installations. - Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical devices in operation; dismantle/examine devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair or replace defective parts. - Set-up and operate shop machinery such as lathe, power tools, drill press, grinders, band saws, cutting torch, welder. - Use hand tools and pneumatic tools to modify/repair parts. - Install new or repair/modify hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. - Improve reliability and uptime of equipment and proactively approach equipment issues with a preventive maintenance mentality. Qualifications - 3-5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance - REQUIRED 426a/433a Millwright license & 442A Industrial Electrician - Knowledge of mechanical systems including gear boxes, motors, air compressors, pumps, AC, DC, drive troubleshooting, complex machine controls and instrumentation, complex welding/brazing, hydraulics, plumbing, pneumatics, carpentry - You have strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast pace environment - PC computer skills, and SAP experience is required Summary If this is something you are interested in, please apply or send your resume to Chelsea Williams at chelsea.williams@randstad.ca Randstad Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada.
