Job Title: E-commerce Planner & Asset Management Specialist Salary Range: $1,200 - $1,500 per month Working Hours: Eastern Time, 9 AM - 5 PM Job Description: We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Planner & Asset Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce planning and asset management, with proven skills in data analysis, inventory management, and strategic forecasting. Responsibilities: Weekly Sales Recap: Compile and analyze weekly sales data from Nordstrom, Saks, Macy's, Bloomingdale’s, and SterlingForever.com. Track performance, identify trends, and generate comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing sales performance. Highlight key insights and recommend actionable strategies to enhance sales. Demand Planning Management: Collaborate with the demand planner to ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning for products sold on the mentioned e-commerce sites. Monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate stock, preventing out-of-stock or overstock situations. Work with the production team to ensure a seamless flow of goods based on demand forecasts. Forecast Review and Optimization: Regularly review and validate sales forecasts against actual performance to identify discrepancies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capitalize on sales opportunities and recommend reorders as necessary. Utilize historical data and market trends to refine forecasting models for improved accuracy. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and available to meet customer demand. Implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce excess inventory and carrying costs while maximizing sales. Communication with Corporate Office Executives: Establish and maintain strong relationships with the corporate office point of contact at Sterling Forever. Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings to discuss sales trends, promotions, and inventory needs. Collaborate with retailer planners to align inventory levels and product assortments. Listing Management: Review and improve product listings by identifying opportunities for enhancement, such as missing photos, price comparisons with competitors, and accurate item details. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience. Proven experience in e-commerce planning and asset management. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demand planning software, and inventory management tools is preferred. Advanced skills in Dropbox and Excel are required.
