NES is assisting its Qatar based Petrochemical client to hire an EDMS Document Administrator who will be working alongside the Document Controller.
You will be required to handle & maintain the enormous amount of technical & plant documentation during the execution of Implementing Intelligent Electronic Document Management Systems Project with coordination and under supervision of the Document Controller.
Minimum Requirements
1. Experience required minimum 15 years experience required in multi-discipline designs fields (Petrochemical & Oil/Gas Industries)
2. Experience required in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) specifically OpenText AO Documentum application, 3D modelling specifically AVEVA application for their review, understanding, and correction / comments for all project related deliverables.
3. Software knowledge should be in latest AutoCAD, PDSM, SP3D Laser Scanning
4. Relevant degree in document controlling / IT applications with specifics preferably in Petrochemical or Oil & Gas Industry
Key accountabilities
1. Oversee the day to day operations of the Quality and Document Control group, ensuring the highest quality and compliance of all document management deliverables.
2. Handle resource planning across the procedural documents team and assignment of work to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner.
3. Collaborate with the Engineering Projects team to ensure seamless and efficient handover and user-friendly templates that align with the 3D/EDMS requirements.
4. Manage and Implements Consortium project Documentation management plan according to the rules defined in the Project Documentation Management Plan.
