Education and Community Outreach Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the arts andculture sector, is seeking a passionate and experienced Education andCommunity Outreach Manager. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor developing and managing educational programs and community outreachinitiatives that align with the organization’s mission to promote arts andculture within the community.Key Responsibilities:·Design, implement,and manage educational programs that engage diverse audiences, includingschools, universities, and community groups.·Develop curriculumand educational materials that support the organization's goals and objectives.·Evaluate theeffectiveness of programs and make adjustments to improve outcomes.·Build and maintainrelationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and otherstakeholders to promote the organization’s programs.·Organize andparticipate in community events, workshops, and exhibitions to raise awarenessof the organization’s mission and activities.·Develop and executeoutreach strategies to engage underrepresented and underserved communities.·Work closely withinternal teams, including communications, marketing, and events, to ensurecohesive and effective program delivery.·Identify andestablish partnerships with external organizations to expand the reach andimpact of educational and outreach programs.·Collaborate withartists, educators, and cultural practitioners to enhance program offerings.·Develop and managethe budget for education and outreach programs, ensuring efficient use ofresources.·Seek fundingopportunities, including grants and sponsorships, to support programinitiatives.·Oversee theprocurement of materials and resources necessary for program delivery.·Track programparticipation, outcomes, and feedback to assess impact and inform futureplanning.·Prepare regularreports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, andrecommendations for improvement.·Ensure compliancewith all relevant regulations and organizational policies in the delivery ofprograms.
