Chevron is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team in a FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) role at Barrow Island. This is your chance to be part of a global leader in the energy sector, contributing to impactful projects in a world-class operation.

The role is responsible for Construction management activities including managing key stakeholders, internal & external interfaces, contractor oversight, and effectively managing a productive worksite. Activities such as the following:

Safety and Compliance:

• Uphold HES policies and attend all required HES meetings.
• Lead contractor safety management efforts; enforce safe work practices.
• Implement and manage CoW permit system during construction.
• Ensure compliance with contractor safety and quality programs.

Stakeholder and Contractor Oversight:

• Monitor contractor performance via daily reports, safety audits, and progress meetings.
• Work with contractors to define and communicate changes.
• Review and endorse contractors' resource loading and execution schedules.

Site and Operations Management:

• Collaborate with the Operations Science Analyst to maximize site productivity and resolve barriers.
• Provide constructability support to design teams and conduct pre-mobilization reviews.
• Review and align contractor SIMOPS Plan and Permit-to-Work systems.

Control of Work (CoW) Oversight:

• Identify and resolve gaps in CoW or Task Consequence Catalogue.
• Align PTW requirements with site execution plans.
